Hydrosols are produced by distilling fresh plant materials into therapeutic and aromatic waters.
Scotch pine has been traditionally viewed as a tonic and immune system stimulant as well as an energy booster and used to improve stamina. It’s also a mild antiseptic, antiviral, antibacterial and a decongestant.
Pines are a source of Shikmik acid, a compound used in medications used to treat the flu.
This hydrosol is a great face toner with strong cleansing capacities especially for acne prone skin, and for eczema.
It’s also a powerful antifungal for toes and nails.

Additional Information

Internally: Use one tablespoon per serving. Add to smoothies, elixirs or juice. Do not use internally if pregnant or trying to concieve.
