Lebanese ancient wheat flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, sea salt, baking powder.

Additional Information

Add one large egg, 3/4 cup milk, 1 cup gingerbread pancake mix, 1 tablespoo unsalted butter. Beat egg and milk together. Add dry mix and blend well. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly. Pour onto 175 C griddle and flip when air bubbles pop. Turn once and cook until done.
