UMAMI ORGANIC TONKATSU SAUCE

This artisanal and organic sauce could be likened to a “Japanese ketchup”. In Japan it accompanies a very common dish, tonkatsu: breaded pork escalopes. Its texture is creamy and its taste is between ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
