Native to New Zealand Talley’s Greenshell™ Mussels are cultivated in the pristine South Pacific waters of New Zealand.
Using world leading techniques, Talley’s mussels are delivered for processing within mere hours of being plucked from their pure ocean environment. Once they’re satisfied they meet our high standards, they’re snap frozen to preserve their freshness and flavour.
Nestled in their distinctive green shell, these tender, meaty mussel differ naturally in colour with apricot (female) and cream (male) both having the same exquisite flavour.
Greenshell Mussels have a plump meat with a sweet, tender taste.
