OLIVIERI 1882 WHITE CHOCOLATE-BERRIES PANETTONE

The White Chocolate and Berries panettone is made only with natural sourdough and the dough passes through a 48-hour double fermentation. It’d filled with White chocolate and handly candied berries. The dough texture is fluffy and the flavour meets our most sweet-toothed costumers’ needs. It’s a rich but highly digestible panettone, thanks to the usage both of first quality raw materials and of long rising techniques. It’s completely free from preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings and vegetable fats. 100% prepared by hand with passion since 1882, in keeping with tradition.

Ingredients:
Soft wheat flour, butter, eggs, 24% Valrhona white chocolate (10%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), candied berries (10%) (mulberry 17,5%, blueberry 17,5%, strawberry 17,5%, raspberry 17,5%, sugar, water), cane sugar, natural mother dough (soft wheat flour, water), water, acacia honey, salt, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.
