A new flavour, Panettone with Pistachio is made only with natural sourdough and the dough passes through a 48-hour double fermentation. It’s filled with white chocolate. It could be enriched using a sac à poche filled with pistachio cream. The structure is extremely soft and it’s made to satisfy the most experimental and demanding palates. It’s completely free from preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings and vegetable fats. 100% prepared by hand with passion since 1882, in keeping with tradition.

Soft wheat flour type 00, butter, egg yolk, candied apricot (13%) (apricot 40%, sugar, glucose syrup), sugar, natural sourdough yeast (soft wheat flour type 00, water), salted caramel (7%) (sugar, glucose syrup, whole milk powder, cream, salted butter 3,6%, salt), water, milk, salt, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.
