Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 tbsp with a cup of water or as directed by your healthcare professional. For skin, add 1-2 tbsp of activated charcoal to 4-8 tbsp of water and mix till it forms a thick paste, apply it evenly to your skin for 10-15 minutes then wash with water.
