Preparation instructions: Stove top: Gently massage the contents of the package. Pour into a medium sized skillet. Add two tablespoons of water and a touch of olive oil, then cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until heated thoroughly and serve. Microwave: Gently massage pouch to seperate broccoli pieces. Tear a 2 inch vent at the top of pouch. Heat on high for 60 seconds. Microwave times may vary. Handle with care when handling and opening the hot pouch. Refrigerate unused portion.
