MARKAL ELBOW MACARONI PASTA

The elbow macaroni are small pasta that are very appreciated by children. MARKAL pasta is made in Italy. They are made according to an artisanal process, hand-finished and dried at low temperature, which gives this organic pasta an inimitable taste, in the tradition of great pasta.

Ingredients:
Organic white durum wheat semolina.

Additional Information

Place the pasta in lightly-salted, boiling water and cook for 10–12 minutes. Drain and season to taste. Elbow macaroni are delicious with just a drizzle of olive oil, herbs and spices. They can also be eaten in salads, in gratin, as a side dish to vegetables or with meat-based sauces. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
