SLO PLAIN BEET KVASS

Beet kvass is an eastern european probiotic drink made with fermented beets.
It’s naturally full of probiotics due to the lacto-fermentation.
It tastes slightly sweet, tangy, earthy and salty all at once.
Beet kvass has been used to support immune function, cleanse the blood, combat fatigue and chemical sensitivities, allergies and digestive problems, and is especially good for those suffering from constipation or sluggish liver.

Ingredients:
Mineral water in glass, organic beetroot, himalayan salt.

Additional Information

Start with 1 teaspoon of fermented foods/drinks per day. If no adverse reactions, add a little more each day. Consume fermented foods/liquids prior to each meal to help with digestion. You can eventually go up to 2 cups per day.
