This cold-pressed sesame oil is rich in vitamin A, E, K, omega-6 and minerals.
It is known in Ayurvedic practice as the healing oil. When applied topically to the skin or hair, its antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. Add a few drops to your face cream, lotion or conditioner. Mix sesame oil with sugar and lemon juice as natural body and face exfoliation.
