GO ORGANIC GOAT LABNEH MKAAZALE

Labneh is a soft cheese made by straining yogurt to remove the whey. It has a thick, spreadable texture similar to soft goat cheese or cream cheese, and thanks to its yogurt base, its flavor is rich and tangy.
Labneh mkaazale are simply labneh balls that are preserved in oil. Labneh Balls taste like the regular, quite popular labneh spread, but tangier and with a much thicker consistency.

Ingredients:
Goat labneh (Pasteurised organuc goat milk, starter, salt), sunflower oil, olive oil.

Additional Information

You can serve it for breakfast, or even with a ripe slice of melon on a hot summer’s day. And because it doesn’t split in heat, it can be cooked and baked.
