As a treatment over several days: Add 1-2 tablespoons in 1L of water to drink over the day or add 1 teaspoon in a glass of water 3 to 4 times daily. Continue the treatment for 20 to 25 days, and take a 5-day break before starting again if necessary. Occasionally to act on more acute problems: Add 1 teaspoon in a glass of water and take 1 to 4 times a day. External use for the skin: -Use morning and night, by spraying directly on skin or on a cotton pad. -As a compress, for localized application: Dilute 4 to 5 tablespoons in 100ml of water.
