External use for the skin: -Use morning and night, by spraying directly on skin or on a cotton pad. -As a compress, for localized application: Dilute 4 to 5 tablespoons in 100ml of water. Immerse a compress and apply to the skin. Leave on for 20 minutes.$1.82
