DRY AND RAW HOT AJVAR

A hot and spicy version of the balkan sauce.
It is part dip, part sauce, part spread, and occasionally considered to be a relish.
Ajvar has a tangy and slightly sweet flavor similar to ketchup.
Ingredients:
Bell pepper, olive oil, onion, garlic, lemon, vinegar, black pepper, chili pepper, Himalayan salt.

Additional Information

It can be used as a condiment for grilled fish and meats, as a sandwich spread, or simply spread on bread or a cracker for a nice snack.
