Ingredients:
Potato starch, tapioca starch, chickpea flour, rice flour, maize flour, sugar, yeast, salt, psyllium husk powder, thickener xanthan gum, vinegar powder (spirit vinegar, maltodextrin).

Allergy advice: free from gluten, milk, peanut, egg, soya. Storage: store in cool dry place away from sunlight. Recipe for handmade loaf: 1-Pre-heat the oven to 220 degree celsius/fan 200 degree celsius/ 425 degree fahrenheit/gas 7. 2-Put the bread mix, tepid water and 2 spoons of the oil into a large bowl and mix to a thicker batter. 3-Add the last spoon of oil, turn over the doughy mass and tip it into an oiled 1Kg/2lb loaf tin. 4-Smooth the top and cover loosely with oiled cling film. 5-Leave in a warm place until the dough has risen to the top of the tin.(45 to 90 mins) 6-Bake in a pre-heated oven for 45 to 50 mins 7-Turn out onto a wire rack to cool.Ensure loaf is completely cold before slicing
