The noodles have been expertly crafted from organic Japanese wheat flour, which delivers a firm texture with an added touch of springiness (known as “koshi” in Japan). They are steamed rather than fried, making them deliciously low in fat.
The soup base comes as a rich liquid concentrate, making a smooth soup with a fresher taste than powdered varieties. Made using authentic organic Japanese soya sauce, umami-rich kombu dashi and rice malt syrup instead of refined sugar. Find them conveniently packed in single-serving sachets inside this box.

Additional Information
On the Hob: For one serving place 400ml of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the contents of one soup sachet just before turning on the heat and mix well. Serve with your favourite toppings. Microwave: For one serving place the noodles in a microwavesafe bowl and add 400ml of boiling water. Cook uncovered on HIGH (650W-850W) for 5 minutes.
