Preparation: Step 1: Measure 1 tablespoon (10-15g) of cacao for gentle drink, 2 tablespoons (25-30g) for a creative boost, or, on special occasions, 3 tablespoons (40-45g) for a "ceremonial" dose. Step 2: Using a milk frother, handheld barmix, or heat-proof blender, blend cacao with 150ml very hot (not boiling) water, 40ml plant-based milk and sweetener to taste (e.g. honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar).
