How to use: Oral use: -Clay water: Add 1 teaspoon of Argilabs clay to a glass of spring water, mix well with a wooden spoon. Let rest for all night. Drink the water, in the morning on an empty stomach. -Clay milk: Stir the above water preparation before drinking it, it has a very little taste not unplesant. Drink a lot of spring water during the day. Can be used every other day for many months with a one week break between each month. -Clay enema: Mix 2 tablespoons of Argilabs Clay in a half liter of spring water, use as enema once a week. Intimal vaginal douching: Use the clay milk mixture as vaginal douching. Apply it with the help of an appropriate vaginal irrigator. After douching it is not necessary to rinse with water, a clay cleaning discharge will be noted for a couple of days.
