Labneh is a soft cheese made by straining yogurt to remove the whey. It has a thick, spreadable texture similar to soft goat cheese or cream cheese, and thanks to its yogurt base, its flavor is rich and tangy.
Labneh mkaazale are simply labneh balls that are preserved in oil. Labneh Balls taste like the regular, quite popular labneh spread, but tangier and with a much thicker consistency with an added kick of thyme.

Ingredients:
Labneh 65% (Organic pasteurized goat milk, culture, salt), organic extra virgin olive oil, organic thyme.

Additional Information

You can serve it for breakfast or even with a ripe slice of melon on a hot summer’s day. And because it doesn’t split in heat, it can be cooked and baked.
