Soft wheat flour type 00, 55% dark chocolate (20%) (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), egg yolk, butter, sugar, natural sourdough yeast (soft wheat flour type 00, water), water, coffee paste (1,6%) (glucose syrup, sugar, water, sunflower oil, soluble coffee 7%, caramelized sugar, toasted coffee in powder 4%), milk, acacia honey, salt, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.
