Water, choline-stabilised orthosilicic acid 400mg (i.e 20mg silicon), acidity regulator lactic acid, preservative potassium sorbate.

Recommendation for use: Take 20ml (i.e 4 teaspoons) either pure or diluted in a little water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. Shake well before drinking as a deposit may form. Preferably take over to 3 consecutive months and repeat as required.$31.00
