TERRE EXOTIQUE GREEN CURRY

Thai Green Curry powder is superbly fresh and slightly spicy. This blend of Thai green curry has notes of lemongrass, ginger and peppers.

Ingredients:
Ginger (India), coriander, salt, sacred basil, shallot, Mae Khaen berry, combava, garlic, chilli pepper.

Additional Information

Pairs wonderfully with scallops in cream, cod, shrimp in coconut milk or beef. It is the ideal mixture to make a chicken curry. Combine a few tablespoons of this mixture with chicken, coconut milk, crunchy wok-fried vegetables, all accompanied by Thai rice.
