AGREEN GOUDA GOAT CHEESE

Goat Gouda is a semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized goat’s milk and cream.
Firm, dense and smooth textured cheese is slightly grainy with hints of caramel. The rind is hard and natural with the ivory colour interior.

Ingredients:
Organic fresh pasteurized whole goat milk, salt, culture, rennet.

Additional Information

Play up the bolder flavors with a more complex or funky cheese. Almost any Alpine cheese, like Comte, or earthy aged goat cheese like Chevrot make a great match. Pairs with red or white wine.
